The Lincoln Lawyer returns to Netflix for Season 4 on February 5, 2026, with 10 new episodes that put defense attorney Mickey Haller in his most personal case yet. The hit legal drama continues on the streaming platform with Manuel Garcia Rulfo back in the lead role. This time, Mickey is no longer defending a client from the back seat of his Lincoln. He is fighting to clear his own name after being accused of murder.

In the new season, Mickey is charged with the death of former client Sam Scales, forcing him and his team into a high-stakes legal battle that hits close to home. As the case unfolds, Mickey must work to prove his innocence while facing pressure from the district attorney’s office, the FBI, and unresolved moments from his past. The story raises the stakes by turning the tables on a lawyer who is used to being in control.

Season 4 is based on The Law of Innocence, the sixth book in Michael Connelly’s bestselling The Lincoln Lawyer series. The adaptation continues the show’s focus on courtroom tension while grounding the story in personal consequences that ripple through Mickey’s professional and family life.

As for the cast, Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, and Angus Sampson return alongside Garcia Rulfo. The season also features appearances from Elliott Gould, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Lana Parrilla, Cobie Smulders, Constance Zimmer, and several others. The series is produced by A Plus E Studios and was created for television by David E. Kelley, with Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez serving as co-showrunners.

With Mickey Haller now forced to defend himself, Season 4 shifts the focus inward while keeping the legal drama front and center for longtime fans.
