Seis del Sur: We Have the Receipts

First up, on November 21, is a panel discussion titled "We Have the Receipts." Hosted by The Bronx County Historical Society, Pregones/PRTT, and BronxNet, this event features the Seis del Sur photography collective discussing their work showcased in the multimedia exhibit HISTORIAS.

Puerto Rican Artisans and Authors Fair

Meanwhile, on November 23, don't miss the 19th Annual Comité Noviembre National Puerto Rican Artisans & Authors Fair, held at Boricua College. Hosted by PRIDA (Puerto Rican Institute for the Development of the Arts), this fair has been a key cultural event since 2006. The Bronx Museum: A Night of Art, Music, Dancing, and Poetry!

As December rolls in, so do the festivities. The Bronx Museum invites families and art lovers of all ages to a free celebration on December 6, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Experience an unforgettable evening filled with art, music, dancing, and poetry, all set against the backdrop of the groundbreaking exhibition FUTURA 2000: BREAKING OUT.

Plumbum x BXWriters Writers’ Workshop

For those looking to tap into their creative side, the Plumbum x BXWriters Writers' Workshop on December 14 provides a welcoming and supportive space for writers of all levels.


This month’s theme, Living as Writing: The Poetry of the Everyday, encourages participants to share their work and receive constructive feedback. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow writers and become part of the Bronx’s vibrant literary community.

The Bronx Zoo’s Lantern Trails

Bronx Native to Star in Paramount+ Series

Paramount+ has announced Crutch, a spin-off of CBS's The Neighborhood, starring Bronx native Tracy Morgan. The series follows Francois "Frank" Crutchfield, a Harlem widower whose life changes when his millennial children move back home. Production starts later this year.
