New York’s Hudson Valley takes center stage in June Farms, a new Prime Video Original series premiering November 17. The eight-episode season follows farm owner Matt Baumgartner and his spirited team as they juggle bespoke weddings, unpredictable weather, and the everyday drama of running one of the region’s most sought-after event spaces.

Baumgartner, a restaurateur and entrepreneur, built June Farms into a 120-acre retreat known for its mix of luxury cabins, barnyard charm, and elaborate weddings. His staff, made up mostly of twenty-somethings, helps keep the farm’s bar, restaurant, and event operations afloat—though their attention sometimes wanders to their own love lives. Together, they face the kind of chaos that comes with hosting picture-perfect ceremonies in the middle of nature.

Produced by Amazon-MGM Studios and Superluna Studios, June Farms captures the balance between business and family that Baumgartner calls his “chosen family.” Between demanding guests, vendor hiccups, and the pressure to deliver flawless weekends, the show highlights the highs and lows of New York’s wedding season through a lens of humor, heart, and human connection.

The Hudson Valley setting also plays its part. Known for its scenic landscapes and farm-to-table culture, it’s an area that has long drawn couples seeking countryside romance without leaving New York City’s orbit. June Farms turns that dream into reality, showing just how much work it takes to keep the fantasy running behind the scenes.

June Farms is executive-produced by Johnny Gould, Omid Kahangi, Ross Weintraub, and Reinout Oerlemans.
