A group of thrill seekers livestream from a deadly abandoned hotel.
Fans of urban exploration and supernatural horror will soon have a new film to add to their watchlist when Do Not Enter premieres later this year. Directed by Mark Klasfeld and based on David Morrell’s award-winning novel Creepers, the R-rated thriller follows a team of livestreamers who break into New Jersey’s long-abandoned Paragon Hotel in search of danger, history, and a rumored fortune. Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures are set to bring the 91-minute film to audiences nationwide, though the exact release date has yet to be announced.
The story centers on a crew known as the Creepers, a tight-knit group of urban explorers who thrive on broadcasting risky stunts to their growing fanbase. The Paragon Hotel, with its mob connections, ghost stories, and whispers of a $300 million stash, offers the perfect storm of danger and intrigue. But as the livestream rolls on, the team discovers they are not alone, facing both human threats and supernatural horrors lurking in the shadows.

The cast includes Jake Manley, Adeline Rudolph, Francesca Reale, Shane Paul McGhie, Kai Caster, and Javier Botet, with Nicholas Hamilton, Brennan Keel Cook, and Laurence O’Fuarain rounding out the ensemble. The screenplay was written by Stephen Susco along with Spencer Mandel and Dikega Hadnot, adapting Morrell’s Stoker Award–winning novel for the screen.
Morrell, also known for writing First Blood, the novel that inspired the Rambo franchise, created Creepers as a tense journey into fear, secrets, and survival. For this adaptation, Klasfeld and his team will bring this relentless thriller to the big screen, no doubt layering in a fun, scary atmosphere laced with jump scares. And with a mix of mob lore, ghost tales, and the inherent danger of trespassing into forbidden places, the Paragon Hotel could earn a place among horror’s most memorable settings.
In an era when livestream culture thrives on pushing boundaries, Do Not Enter serves as both a thrill ride and a cautionary tale about the price of chasing fame in the wrong places.
