Following the events of Season 1, The Hunting Party Season 2 is expected to explore deeper government involvement, the true origins of the prison system, and new internal tensions among team members. With fugitives still at large and political forces closing in, the second season raises the stakes both professionally and personally.

As of 2025, The Hunting Party has two seasons, with a third season yet to be confirmed. Season 2 is scheduled to premiere in fall 2025, moving to Thursday nights at 10/9c on NBC.

Critical Reception

Reception to The Hunting Party was mixed to positive. Critics praised the performances of Melissa Roxburgh and Patrick Sabongui, and some compared the show's tone to The Blacklist or Quantico.
