Christopher Chung and new cast addition Lenny Rush navigate high-stakes espionage in Slow Horses season six.
The new season finds the Slow Horses on the run after Diana Taverner draws them into what Apple describes as a “fatally high-stakes game of retaliation and revenge.” That setup keeps the show in familiar territory, where office failure, political pressure, and spycraft collide with the kind of dry humor that has helped separate Slow Horses from glossier espionage dramas.

Sir Gary Oldman returns as Jackson Lamb, the sharp, foul-tempered leader of Slough House, MI5's dumping ground for agents whose careers have gone sideways. The department may be treated like a dead end, but the series has built much of its tension around how often Lamb's misfit team ends up closer to the truth than the people trying to bury it.

Tom Brooke and Aimee-Ffion Edwards continue their roles as part of the ensemble in Slow Horses season six.
The cast also includes Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Rosalind Eleazar, Joanna Scanlan, Samuel West, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke, Jonathan Pryce, and Hugo Weaving. Lenny Rush joins the ensemble for season six.
Season six is adapted for television by co-executive producer Gaby Chiappe, with Adam Randall returning to direct. The series is produced for Apple TV by See-Saw Films. All five previous seasons of Slow Horses are now streaming on Apple TV.
